
No-Show and Cancellation Policy.
At Barbershop Deluxe, we value our clients and their busy schedules. To better serve you, we have updated our no-show and cancellation policies.
We require at least 4 hours’ advance notice for cancellations. This allows us to protect our business and offer the newly available slot to other clients. Except in cases of unavoidable emergencies, late cancellations (less than 4 hours’ notice) and no-shows (no notification) will be charged for the missed service. The cost will be collected at your next scheduled appointment. Clients with more than one no-show may be denied future services.
We understand that life can be hectic and emergencies happen. We kindly ask that you extend the same courtesies to us and our other clients that you would expect for your appointment.
